Rich has worked with industry legends such as Lewis Grey as Advance Concert Promoter of Lewis Grey Productions (Beverly Hills, CA.), Production - Tour Manager for Funk music's legend Larry Blackmon's group Cameo and Atlanta Artist Management (Atlanta, GA.), National Promotion Director for Herb Alpert/Jerry Moss' A&M Records (Hollywood, CA.), VP of Marketing for Dick Griffey Solar Records/Hines Distribution (Hollywood, CA.) and National Company Tour and Event Manager for Marvelous Entertainment (Beverly Hills, CA.).​
